WOW! I am impressed. I want to join but am having some back problems and am a little leary of trying it right now. I am going to ask my chiropractor about it today.
leo's weight has gone up in the last 3 years ... the poor guy is trying to get rid of some of it ... but that is a tough thing to do, with his inforced lack of activity ... he doesn't eat much - yet the pounds love him at this stage of the game ...

I have to watch my weight all the time. I used to belong to Curves but stopped going and joined a yoga class twice a week. I love it.

I am cooking a beef roast for dinner and having two of the neighbors over to eat with us..I don't even like beef.....I turned on the air condition with the oven heating up the house...

WOW!! Curves has really worked for you. I went to the Y this afternoon and weighed myself afterwards. I know I've only been doing this a little less than a month, but I was hoping to see a little drop in the scales. I immediately gained 4 lbs. and know muscle weighs more than fat. I'm not going to let this get me down. I'm determined to get in shape.
I have had my MRS now for 46 years. I am more in love with my husband as the years roll by!! We have three grown children and 7 wonderful grandchildren!! I am a Christian! I love making friends and meeting new people!!
