I am so very, very happy for Jennifer Hudson!! I did not get to stay up and see her actually win this award but I know how much she really earned this!! I loved the movie "DREAM GIRLS". Daisy from the Daisy Patch and myself went to see it the last time she was here in Savannah. We both enjoyed it so much!! She was great in her role and her voice...OH!! Her voice!! I am sitting here wondering what Simon Cowell is saying now!! Simon I think you had better WATCH your mouth from now on!! You never know just who you are talking too!!! Look at what you said to a future ACADEMY AWARD WINNER!! Ha!! I knew then that she had the "best"of them all BUT he was so very very unkind to her....calling her FAT!! Her voice is something else!!
GREAT job Jennifer!! I am just thrilled to death for your award even though you will never know how happy this little old lady in Savannah, Georgia is for you!!!

Performance by an actress in a supporting role:

Adriana Barraza in “Babel” (Paramount and Paramount Vantage)

I get the idea you're happy Jennifer Hudson won the! Australia got an Oscar too, for Happy Feet. Even our Prime Minister interrupted Parliament to make a comment on!
