HAPPY THANKSGIVING to everyone out there!! We are packing here ready to get on a plane tomorrow and take off into the wild blue yonder!!
We are off to see our son in California for a few days. We are going to go to Phoenix to see my brother and his family this coming weekend too.
The next week we are going to Burbank, California to see the taping of "According to Jim". I guess they are fun to watch!! I was hoping to get to go see the Tonight Show but so far no tickets. That would have been neat to do. I have always wanted to go to Hollywood but our son tells us that it is getting very run down with transits (bums) that live all over the place. That is too bad. I have always just wanted to go there once. Just like Las Vegas. We went once with our son and I think that is enough.
All is good here. We are tired tonight. We found out that my suitcase was too big so I had to figure out how to reduce my suitcase...and somehow I made it work. They are charging you if you have over 62" in a suitcase or 50 lbs. Your carry on has a weight limit also.
Last night we went to see STOMP at the Civic Center here in Savannah..WHAT FUN that was!! They can make rhythm from almost anything...bic lighters, sand on the floor, water, plungers, trash cans, trash lids, their hands, zippers on their coats...not talking just rhythm. It was also very funny!! The place was about full. The funny thing is that our neighbor had seats right behind us!! Now what are the odds for that one!! HM!!!
