Yeap it is tomorrow..today is Friday the 13th but who really cares..since I don't believe in such things.
I was going through some boxes this morning and ran across this very old valentine that i had made for my parents many eons ago so thought I would share it with you...It looks pretty bad right now but it is still holding together..It used to open and on the inside this is what it says: (to your left)
It must be back from the 1st or 2nd grade because I was still printing then...So that would be around 1952 or something like that..Before a lot of you were even born or thought about for that matter..Just thought it would be fun to share it today since it is almost Valentine's Day.
I have to get to work pretty shortly so this will be short too!! Hope you enjoyed my Valentine for today..
Hubby is taking me out tonight!! YES!!

How cute and how wonderful that you still have it.
Happy Valentine's Day.
I would be looking for me a heart shaped frame and display that poem.
Hugs,
Chris
That is so sweet.
How cute. Have a wonderful dinner out, Sandy.
How wonderful to have a valentine you made from your childhood! I have a Christmas card I made when I was 5 and I cherish it. Have a fantastic Valentines Day and hope you have special plans for next Friday. :)
Sandy,
Absolutely beautiful and a great keepsake. Happy Valentine's Day to you.
Blessings,
Mary

That is such a TREASURE -- but I think you were beyond 2nd grade. That looks like cursive to me! And you had WONDERFUL penmanship! I bet you got high marks in it! I bet your Mom & Dad really enjoyed seeing it again too!
That is sweet of you to post that so everyone can see it, yes I remember it quite well. You were a good writer and you still are. I hope you will enjoy your valentine and bday gift we will be sending to you soon. Love you and miss you. happy Valentines Day to our special daughter. Love Dad & Mother.
