Just a reminder that tonight before you lay your head on your nice soft pillow, remember to FALL BACK..change your clocks back an hour!! oh how I love this time change!! i get to sleep more...that is all that i can seem to do anymore anyway!! smile!! Now I get an extra hour!! WHOOPEE!!

Yes, it is the end of Daylight Saving Time. Spring ahead, fall back! Ah, that blessed hour of extra sleep that we lost in the spring.

If you seem to be tired all of the time, try 1000mg Vitamin D daily. I am no longer dragging myself along. Yipee!

Ya, I don't like Daylight Savings Time...I wish, just wish that it'd be 'regular' time all year long like we had in Arizona. This messes with my system.
