Friday Show and Tell

Friday Show and Tell is fun!! If you have something that you would like to share with everyone..today is the day to do it!! If you would like to play just post and then go to Kelli's Home and tell her that you have posted. She is our hostess!!

Let's see what will I share today!! I know it is Halloween so really do not have anything to share that I have not already shown you. I am not a BIG Halloween decorator..mostly a FALL person...decorator!!

This little cute squeeze toy was my hubby's when he was a baby!! I just wanted to share it because of its age!! I have always thought it was so cute. Our children played with it as babies so i have just hung on to it!! Some things I just hate to give up!!

These are the kids..firstly our oldest son, Jon's baby toys then of course they were shared by his sisters. I told you I have hung onto so many things throughout my life!! I wanted to get them on here so that I could always remember them. Silly I know but I have such fond memories of them!!

Through out the years, I have also collected a few presidential candidate buttons. At the top that one says..."I LIKE IKE". That was a while ago. I have the Kennedy and Johnson one that you can see really well!! I would love to have a McCain and an Obama button just to keep with these. Fun to remember them!!

Back from Curves this morning!! I am so lazy anymore but I think that I may have found out just why!!

I had just finished with Curves and my phone rang. It was my new doctor with the results of my blood work from Monday!! She said that I was right when I predicted that i have low B-12...Well it must be really low because i am going to have to have injections of B-12 now every day for a week and then the schedule changes but will get down to 1 injection a month. SEE!! I know my own body!! I knew something was wrong!! Also she said that my liver enzymes are elevated. I am going in again this Monday for another blood test and they want to try to find out what is causing that!! WELL!! What fun!! On a more happier note, my cholesterol bad and good...was great and my all around reading was 148 so that is really good!! Just pray that they find out what is wrong with my liver. When you get older you just never know what is going to happen next...do you??

Hopefully all is well in your part of this great world!! Elections are coming up and i am so relieved that I voted early and will not have to stand in those long long lines. Have a great Halloween!! Here is my Halloween costume...smile...

Hi Sandy, wishing you a "happy Halloween"...I know that you and I will get plenty of kids tonight for trick or treat!!!

I love how you saved the baby items from hubby and your kids. I did not save anything when we moved 17 years ago ....I like the rubber baby doll...how cute....

My Cholesterol is higher than yours..mine is 161. my liver function panel was normal...My diet has not been under control, that is why my level is up !!!

I am sure you will be fine , so don't worry too much over the week-end..I need some of the B-12 shots if they give you energy....
My prayers are with you...hugs,
Barb

Great old collections of goodies.

I'm glad that they have finally given you some lab results that may help you get to the bottom of your problem.

Happy Halloween.

I'm scarier without a costume too... How cute is that!

I love your collectables. Especially the Cupie Doll... it's just precious.

I've kept you in my prayers and will continue to as you try to get back to 100%.

Blessings to you my friend, have a great weekend!

Happy Halloween dear Sandy:-) I'm so glad you were able to make it to my Halloween party and liked your costume! hehe

Those baby toys are just so precious and what a wonderful collection of presidential buttons.

Hopefully the B-12 shots will give you more energy. We do know our bodies well and know when something is not right! Hopefully they'll be able to find out what's going on with your liver. xoxo
