Photo Hunt Saturday

This weeks word is

WATER

This is my picture for water BECAUSE we are so in need of
Rain here in the South East part of America!! We got some
Thursday and were just thrilled. I loved the smell and even the
thunder it brought. But we did not like the tornado warning that it
also brought. Why can't it just rain those nice easy rains we used
to have when we were kids? Remember those!!

Dear Flip Flop Floozie,
As a Grandmother from hot dry (usually) Australia, I was interested to read your Blog. Even the flipflops (we call them thongs) made me feel at home and I liked your layout.
Should you wish to know more about me my Blog is called Rinkly Rimes, because I'm wrinkly and I write poems!

Yours,
Brenda Bryant

It could be much worse...you could have the flooding that they have in the midwest. Hope you are getting some cooler weather. Miss you.

Hope you get a whole day of steady light rain. Yes, I remember those wonderful showers we had as kids. Also the mud puddles that called my name. lol

I thought about you with the storm the other day! We didn't seem to get much here. Had a lot of people out swimmin' in the pool while the lightening was going on! Yikes!

Talking about water, we had a big typhoon last weekend. There was a heavy rainfall and it caused flooding in some parts of the country. I'm just thankful that we were spared from flood and damages.
