SPECIAL POEM FOR SENIOR CITIZENS!! A row of bottles on my shelf Caused me to analyze myself. One yellow pill I have to pop Goes to my heart so it won't stop. A little white one that I take Goes to my hands so they won't shake. The blue ones that I use a lot Tell me I'm happy when I'm not. The purple pill goes to my brain And tells me that I have no pain. The capsules tell me not to wheeze Or cough or choke or even sneeze. The red ones, smallest of them all Go to my blood so I won't fall. The orange ones, very big and bright Prevent my leg cramps in the night. Such an array of brilliant pills Helping to cure all kinds of ills. But what I'd really like to know.......... Is what tells each one where to go! There's always a lot to be thankful for if you take time to look for it. For example I am sitting here thinking how nice it is that wrinkles don't hurt... I received this in an email and just could not RESIST passing it along to all of you!! How cute plus it made me laugh!! I don't know about you but I need one today!! I am tired. Betty had a bad day!! So laughter is always the BEST medicine!! FLIP FLOP FLOOZIE!! |

Hi Sandy,
Thanks for the laugh. Hope you can feel a ((hug))!

THAT is funny! Thanks for sharing.

I liked the part that wrinkles don't hurt! That was cute!
I must confess that puting that cute little icon over to side was beyond me!! Karen who builds web sites at her work, jumped in and did it for me!
I hope you get some good rest tonight.
Grams
not only do wrinkles not hurt, they sneak up on a person in such a way that we hardly notice them ... :o)
Thanks for the laugh my friend, love you.
Now that is a cute poem!! hehe I loved it! I can imagine how hard it is to have to watch your dear friend suffering. Know that my thoughts and prayers are with her!! xoxo
Oh Sandy, I'm sorry Betty had a bad night...it must be heartbreaking for you, too.
Yet, with all this going on, you still find time to make us laugh. You're a wonder Flip Flop Floozie, a real bighearted wonder.
Take care.
Hugs
