"ANNOYING"

These are our 14 steps that we HAVE to climb in
order to get into our house EVERYDAY!! They can
be quite ANNOYING because: CARRYING GROCERIES, CHRISTMAS,
WHEN YOU ARE VERY TIRED, HUBBY COMES HOME FROM
WORK, COMPANY COMES, or just anytime!! You look
up that flight of stairs and WISH you were at the
top instead of at the bottom where you are!!
My hubby and I know, though that it has
been good exercise for our old legs!!!

LOL Sandy! Ohhhh I can SEE how those steps could be VERY annoying! My daughter had a set just like those at the first home I visited her at in Colorado -- and I had just had my hysterectomy a little less than two weeks prior! Those steps were MIGHTY intimidating!!! I bet yours keep you from buying TOO many groceries when you go shopping! Good for ya that way too!

Welcome to the Photo Hunt. And oh yes, I can understand how those stairs could be very annoying. I haven't had stairs in my home for 20 years now....and could never return to them. But on the bright side...they ARE good exercise for us!

Yup those could be very annoying! Especially lugging things into your house.

my lack of control is what is annoying me right now.

Hi Sandy. I guess that can be quite annoying at times. But it could also be a form of good, daily exercise.

Have a lovely weekend. Mine is also up.

Welcome Sandy!

At least you are looking at the bright side of things, the stairs are great exercise for your legs!

P.S. Not sure why but your main content of your blog is showing down at the bottom instead of in the center where it's supposed to be. Well it is on my screen anyways. Any others have this problem?

I have no problem, but I'm using Firefox as browser, when I started Internet Explorer I saw the same problem.

Wow! That stairs would certainly be very annoying with my back! Phew! WHY has they built it that way....

So you thought I’m getting off easy hah?.... *lol* That I have to take pictures of these subjects. I have taken that picture myself - from a book I have. And it was quite difficult to get the right light :-)

Besides that, what on the earth would I shoot…? The only annyoing thing around here is our closest neighbour and I can’t hang out her there,….Or can I? Hm…. I did thought about it…. If I could take a picture from behind, not showing her face, but it’s so difficult to catch her…. *giggles*

Oh yes! Annoying! We had to go up a lot of stairs to get to our old house. Ugh!

Great picture and welcome to the hunt!

Ah yes definitely annoying. Exactly the reason why we don't live in a house with stairs. Welcome to the Hunt.

Try living on the 5th floor (6th floor actually in USA standards) with no elevator!!! Now that is rough!!

Hello from Vancouver! Annoying as they may be, those stairs must be good exercise.

I see these alot here now.
Our newest town house condominiums are built like that.
Lovely once you get up the stairs.
Reminds me of our second house.
Bought it when my youngest was three months old.
I broke my foot in the first two weeks of living there and had to crawl up the stairs on my butt with a 25lb baby in my arms!
Annoying!

We would not be able to live there!! We could not do those stairs AT ALL!

When I was looking to buy a condo almost six years ago, I looked at a stacked one ... but the thought of having to vaccum all those stairs changed my mind. Ha!

Mine's up :)

These are another reason why we're moving to Florida....besides cold weather, we have a two-story home and we have to climb 12 steps from our basement to the first floor and another 12 from the first floor to the upstairs...need I say more?

I'm with you on this one, Sandy!

Great photo.

Mine is up now too.

Cheers,
Carol
