THANKFUL THURSDAY THIRTEEN

I know that today we are supposed to be doing "THURSDAY THIRTEEN". I am hoping that everyone will please forgive me for changing mine to "Thankful Thursday Thirteen". This morning I thought it sounded like a good title. So here goes NOTHING:

• I am thankful that I am 61 and still have living parents.
• I am thankful that I "get" to stay at home and be just "me"
• I am thankful that I get to stop and see the good things of life everyday. I love watching my grandkids see new things...watching their eyes sparkle over little things, watching people walk by my computer window, seeing the birds, watching our cats sit and watch the birds!!
• I am thankful for my good neighbors and their sweet smiles and waves to me.
• I am thankful for my friends here in my neighborhood and at my church.
• I am thankful for the sun that shines and makes my day happy.
• I am VERY thankful for my husband that works every day and NEVER complains.
• I am thankful for my blogging friends that let me know they are there for me.
• I am thankful for those that pray for me when I am in pain.
• I am thankful for my daughters who love me no matter what.
• I am thankful to God who SAVED me!!
• I am thankful that God gave me a husband that has loved me for 42 plus years!!
• I am thankful to God for my PAIN because it could be worse!!
