Photo hunt Saturday

The word for today is "Wild"...Here is our granddaughter. She was playing around combing her hair forward and looking pretty "wild"....

She brought her head up and still had "Wild" hair!! She was having fun on our trip in August!! Girls just wanna' have fun!!
This past week I went to pick up Garrett and Madison at school and this was someone's lucky "Wild ride". Can you imagine being picked up in this great car when you were in school. I would have been thrilled...Everyone would have been looking!! smile!!

AWARDS just for me!! WOW!! Both are from Shortybear!! She is awesome you know!!

In other news:

I am so happy today to find out that Anni is okay in Texas. (see how nicely she centered my header).... I am wondering if there are any other of you that are in that hurricane. She is the only one that I knew for sure!! She wrote me this morning early saying that they were okay!! WHEW!! I know how nervous I get when one comes pounding close to us!! Lately they have been just too too close for me.

The lady that called about our home has never called back..OF COURSE!! This is the way it goes when you are trying to sell your home. BEEN HERE...DONE THIS...Many many times!! Anyway we are just TRYING!!

Hope your day is going great and your weather is good!!

Oh my gosh...Madison is just too darned cute!!!!

And believe me, I was more than happy to be diverted from the tropical news on TV and be able to help you out with the blog layout. I've been up since 2AM because of the storm over our son's town and I couldn't help but get back on the TV watching.

After all our week long prep here in our town [they lifted the hurricane warning about 5PM and gave us tropical storm warning then 'til this morning]...we didn't even get a DROP of rain OR winds.

Go figure. Guess it's better to be prepared than not.

Love the hair, but the freckles are my favorite.

I thought she was trying to do an impression of Cousin It from the Addams Family! hehe She's so adorable, wild hair and all:-)

Congratulations on the well deserved awards, my friend! Isn't it such a wonderful feeling to know that you're loved?:-) xoxo

Those are some wild looking pictures for sure. Your granddaughter is so cute.

Yes, Annie did a good job on your header. Your blog looks nice.

Maybe the lady will call back about your house. Don't give up on her.

Hope you are having a good weekend.

I love those pics. Praying for the house situation.

And thanks for the award earlier. I'm going to put it up when I get back home. Life is crazy right now.

Sandy, we didn't get anything from Ike until today. We have had high winds and rain. We just got home from church, and while we were there the wind blew a tree down across the driveway.

I hope you all are not getting anything severe from Ike.
