Wordless Wednesday

Gorgeous!!

In other news: Please remember Hootin Anni right now!! She is getting hit by Dolly the hurricane probably as I am writing this!! I have never been through a hurricane YET and really never want too. Please pray for her and her hubby Bud!!

It is once again HOT and muggy here!! Just finished watering our trees and flowers. We have found that we can collect water from our air conditioner and use it to water things. Great way to preserve water usage!! It is hard to carry but it works. We put a BIG trash barrel under the dripping and it fills within about a day!! Remarkable! Just shows you how much humidity our air conditioner is taking out of our home!! Wonderful!!

Went to Curves so better get busy here in my home today!! Hope everyone is good and SAFE today!!

FLIP FLOP
Thought for the day: "Don't argue with an idiot. People watching may not be able to tell the difference." smile..good one!!

You always have something interesting to say and I love your quotes. I may steal some for our church newsletter and my own blog.

Thank you Sandy...but it hit Brownsville Texas right at the Mexico border. Corpus got a lot of rain and wind from the outside edge of the storm...we didn't get the whole impact.

Bud and I went out in it this morning early, before the BIG BANG hit us around 10 or 10:30 a.m. It's been raining and peak wind gust of probably 70mph or so. LOTS of rain. The living room is soppy by the patio doors...and the back yard is now a lake. But the house, that I can see had no wind damage. The last of the storm is reportedly to go over us by nightfall.

We have a tornado watch until 7pm. I'll post some 'sky' photos I took when we were on the seawall. Amazing. Tomorrow.

Thanks again for thinking of me and Bud...it's very much appreciated.

And at first I thought that was a 'blue' vine of somekind, 'til I took a closer look. That is stunning!!!!

That is a many LOT of butterflies! WOW! Amazing!

How SMART of you guys to think about using that condensation to water the plants! You ROCK!

Your thought for the day reminds me of me & Luz! She's not an idiot - but I AM - to argue with a child sometimes!

Sandy, hi! You came by my blog from Melli's place, so I followed you back here ... long, long ago when I first met Melli I used to comment here often. I can't remember when or why I stopped coming by, but I can tell you that the blog I have now ISN'T the blog I commented from. My blog was Matthew 28:19 (matt2819.blogspot.com) and I called myself disciple. I still have that blog, but don't post there often.

Oh! And I absolutely love that photo! Did you take it yourself? To see such a thing in RL must have been amazing!
