Look Mom!! No Cavities!!....

Yes!! I did good!! No cavities!! I am supposed to just keep doing what I have been doing!! Finally after all of these years of going to the dentist...... only to be told that my mouth is a mess of cavities!! I am finally cavity FREE!!

I really owe this to my electric toothbrush!! I tell you...IF you do not use one go right out NOW and buy one!! They are great!! Your teeth always feel good after you use it!! I am so hooked on mine. I would NEVER go back to the other kind ever again. They did give me a little baggy today with one in it but now hubby will have a new toothbrush!!

I did find out that I just might be grinding my teeth at night!! Ooops!! I would have thought someone would have told me by now. Also IF i get this appliance that you can wear while sleeping that it just might help me to not have as many headaches!! Hm!! Does make good sense!! Especially when I wake up in the morning WITH a headache!! Now to find the MONEY for the appliance!! Actually it is about the same cost as a good kitchen appliance...now that I think of it.

We have a beautiful day on store here in Southeast Georgia!! It is a shame that I have to go into work at a mall on the bottom floor without a window!! But I do!!

It is so great to hear from all of you most every day!! I just love blogging and making new friends like this. Soon I may get to meet a fellow blogger from Wales England. She is coming here to Georgia with her hubby John. She is coming to visit with another blogger!! What a great world blogging can be.

Feeling better today and looking forward to each day getting better than the last one!!

Thought for the day: "God grades on the cross not on the curve!"

Wow!!! That IS terrific news. You and me both, ---I wouldn't part with my electric toothbrush. They're amazing gadgets and if you want my opinion they should have been invented YEARS ago.

Ohhhhhhhh, how exciting Sandy. To meet someone from Wales. When, when? Do tell!!!

Woohoo, good for you, no cavities:-) Like you, I have an electric toothbrush and absolutely love it. I would never go back to just a regular toothbrush either. I'm 50 and have only 4 fillings so I guess I have good teeth! lol

Years ago I had to wear a nightime mouth guard because I use to clench my jaw while sleeping. I wore it for a couple of years and it really helped. My mom had to wear one because of grinding her teeth.

How wonderful that you'll soon be able to meet another blogging friend. That is so exciting and I'm really hoping that I will be able to meet a few myself this summer:-)

I'm so glad you decided to go see the Blue Angels and had such a fun day!! We have the Snowbirds here and I've gone to watch them a few times...always have a huge lump in my throat when they do all those stunts and formations!!!

You sound like you're starting to feel better...you go girl:-) xoxo

I agree blogging has been a way to meet some wonderful people just like you! Great news....No Cavities!

It has felt like winter here today. When I went to the YMCA this afternoon the temperature was 46 degrees. Brrrr. There was a dusting of snow in the mountains.

Lovely hibiscus picture. Mine isn't blooming yet.

Enjoyed your cheerful post.

Best wishes,

Yea... I've been using an electric toothbrush for about 10 years now... I suppose it MIGHT have helped me keep my teeth longer than I would have! I never thought of that!

SO glad to hear you are feeling better day by day! That is WONDERFUL! YAY Lexapro!

Hi Sandy,

Electric toothbrush? I haven't tried one of those, but I think I will buy one soon after these raves over them.

Isn't it exciting to meet someone you have met online? To me that's the coolest thing.
