When the world seems to be having so many things happen it calms my soul to count my blessings and the things I am thankful for. You have given me even more.

Great list. Haven't heard any more about Katie B. and her family. Will probably find out more when the kids get home from school. I am sure she is not there but they will probably talk about the visitation and all.
Emily saw her the night it happened and she couldn't even stand up. I feel soooooo bad for her.

Don't be too hard on yourself about learning at the new job!! It takes time. Haste makes waste...so take it easy.

Great list Sandy.

[it only rained heavily for us a little while early in the morning ---Houston and Galveston got MUCH worse!!] Thanks for caring.

I have found that, like you, writing down things to be thankful and grateful for brings more blessings to my life. Isn't it wonderful!

Dear Sandy apart from the airconditioner lol lol (mine is an open fire) we are blessed in very much the same way almost! I have lost my dad but I too am thankful his pain has gone and I know it makes the place for me when I too have to go from this earth.

Blessings to you for a wonderful weekend filled with happiness my friend.

What a great list and thank you for the encouragement on our foreign exchange student. I sure hope he likes it here. It will be a HUGE change for him. He is from Bangkok, Thailand - 10 million people coming to a tiny area in the Black Hills.

I loved your list and I would love to work at a curves...No excuse for not exercising! I hope you enjoy it.

Hugs!

I hear you about A/C - I don't know what the people in Wild West did without it--I guess they suffered...

I am sure that you are a fast learner:)

How neat that you still have you parents. I only have my mom left, who lives about 6,000 miles away; but I am able to speak with her every Saturday.

Thank you so much for sharing your grateful heart with us this week.

Be blessed today and always.
