Feast One Hundred & Forty Six

Appetizer
Name something you think is “the best.”
Gracious, just ONE thing that I think is the best!! I cannot come up with just ONE THING!! My home is the BEST because I feel so thankful to have it!! Every day that I "get" to live there is a blessing to me!!! There are so many many things that I would consider "the best"!!!

Soup
On a scale of 1 to 10 (with 10 highest), how stressed are you today?

I am not bad...after all I am not at HOME! I am ready to go home though. I love my home!! I guess I would put about a 3!!

Salad
What kind of cleanser do you use to wash your face?

I really have never used much of a cleanser on my face. Mostly just plain ole water. I have been using a cleanser lately but I cannot remember the name. I think it comes from Shackley's. It is just a scrub (confession..I don't use it very much). I have been fortunate not to have many problems with skin irritations on my face.

Main Course
Tonight is a blue moon! What is something that you believe only happens “once in a blue moon.”

Oh, that is just an old saying and I think an old song too. I don't believe much in things like that. That is "luck"and when it comes to luck, well I don't even go there!! I can't really say because not believing it then I don't have any ideas!!

Dessert
When was the last time it rained where you live?

Where I live...wow!! It has been weeks and weeks now!! We are in a BAD drought and we have wildfires going all over the place!! We are in big need right now of rain. I am here in Illinois this week and that is all they are getting is rain, rain and more rain. I wish there was a way that we could send it down to Georgia and Florida!! It is SO BADLY needed!!

Honestly Sandy - I've only been using the apricot scrub for a couple of months! I used to always use just water too. But the scrub feels SO good and the cold cream really does make my face softer! I LIKE it!

And a "Blue Moon" doesn't have anything to do with LUCK! It's just happens rarely... so when you say that only happens once in a blue moon - it just doesn't happen very often! No luck. ;)

OK, it's been raining here steadily all day long (a blessing)...now we're looking at a tropical storm coming tomorrow. I'm praying that it does it's normal thing and heads up your way to drop a little moisture.

Speaking of moisture...I was a water girl myself with the face thing and now I'm using aveeno face wash and moisturizer, I love it!!

{{{Sandy}}} Firstly, I hope your trip is very relaxing and enjoyable!!

As for your feast, it couldn't be any tastier!! What a treat. Ya, I don't care to add anything to my skin other than cleaning it with soap and water! Then, it shines with a healthy glow.

Seems I recall a little girl that says it best: "There's no place like home, there's no place like home."

Happy day to you. [I'm hoping, tho I haven't checked today that the Tropical Storm Barbara is giving you southeasterners some badly needed rains!]

Floozie...a blue moon is the second full moon in one month....according to the National weather service.

So glad you enjoy your home ( I do too and you always make us feel so welcomed in it!).

When are you heading back to Georgia?

I'm so sorry you guys are still having a drought. Our, thank God, is finally over. We have been having several rains a week, and all the tanks are full...as are the lakes and rivers. Praise God!

that is cool that you guys have your own home on wheels when you want to go visiting ... isn't that a blessing?

((hugs))
